Sohail Tanvir and Roshon Primus also pitched in to restrict St. Lucia Stars to a humble total.

They have won only one game so far and will need to gear up if they want to keep their hopes alive; with good resources like Emrit, Khan and Tanvir in the bowling department, and a deep batting unit, the hosts can surely overcome the challenges on Saturday.


TRINBAGO KNIGHT RIDERS


They have lost just one game, which was against Tallawahs, and since then have proved to be an unstoppable force, winning 3 matches in a row to take the top spot in the table. Their superior run-rate shows how strong their batting line-up is, with players like Brendon McCullum, Colin Munro, Denesh Ramdin, the Bravo brothers and the versatile all-rounder Sunil Narine. Against St. Kitts and Nevis Patriots, Ramdin posted a brilliant 59 off 35 balls to help chase the 159-run target without a sweat. He brings his all-round talent to the team and inspires youngsters to do well in critical situations; with others like Darren Bravo, Ramdin, McCullum and Munro in the top-order, Knight Riders could come out all guns blazing here.
